Whole-house (owner moves out, fully private)
Book all 6 rooms across four floors (1F is the owner's home; she moves out for whole-house bookings) — up to 16 guests, extra beds to 20. Family trips, company retreats, student groups and motorcycle clubs welcome. Whole-house guests get the full "premium package": living room, 85" 4K smart TV with touchscreen karaoke and high-end audio, a roller-coaster-style automatic mahjong table, a Sanre smokeless gas grill, a big kids' splash pool, and the wide 2F terrace — no other guests in the building, no one in the way.
